Godwin battery - Close to the gun emplacements used to protect us from invasion in both Wold Wars, some of the buildings have fallen into the sea. I found this small section of brick wall, and after years of the waves and pebbles crashing across the top it has worn smooth and shiny, reminding me of a huge hot cross bun.
